Dr. Sukhsimranjit Singh, Ph.D. is the Managing Director of the Straus Institute where he also serves as Associate Professor of Law and Practice and directs the LL.M programs. Dr. Singh is a successful international mediator and has resolved disputes in countries throughout the world—including in states across the United States, Canada, India, Japan and New Zealand, to name a few.
Kimberly Yeung is the Recruitment Coordinator at the Straus Institute. She helps recruit qualified attorneys and professionals from all over the world to our top ranked Dispute Resolution program by creating recruitment methods and materials, sourcing candidates, and conducting regular recruitment events so they can bring mediation and conflict resolution to their prospective fields.
Pragya Sharma is an LLM candidate at the Straus Institute and a recipient of the JAMS Full Tuition Scholarship. She graduated with distinction from ILS Law College, Pune in 2019. After graduation, she worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., with their Dispute Resolution Practice Group and worked on several litigations and arbitrations.
